Your relationship with Blueberry
Parler Technology LLC publishes Blueberry: Newborn Baby Tracker and its website. These Terms govern use of the website at blueberrybaby.app, the web app at blueberry.fyi, and available Blueberry mobile apps, including in-app purchases offered through Apple. In these Terms, Blueberry means these services; we and us mean Parler Technology LLC; you means the adult using a service.
By accessing or using Blueberry, you agree to these Terms. You must have authority to accept them for your own use. The Privacy Policy explains information handling, and the Disclaimer describes the limits of care tracking and estimates.
Features and availability can differ by platform. Any additional terms presented for a particular feature or purchase apply to that feature or purchase. These Terms do not promise a feature beyond what Blueberry makes available and describes when you use or purchase it.
iOS App Store license
The Blueberry iOS app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Its app license uses Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The Standard EULA covers the licensed app and its updates, along with content, materials and services accessible from or purchased within the app, unless a custom EULA is provided.
Apple's app license is separate from Blueberry's Privacy Policy and care-tracking Disclaimer, which continue to explain Blueberry's information handling and service limitations.
Your family's records
You keep your rights in the care information you provide. You authorize the processing reasonably needed to store, organize, display and export it, calculate requested estimates, protect access and share it with household members you authorize.
This permission supports operating the service; it is not a transfer of ownership of your baby's history. Provide information only when you are entitled to do so, and avoid including unrelated sensitive information in notes.
Check important entries and any export before relying on them. Exports can contain personal details and may omit information outside that export's scope. Keep appropriate copies and do not assume that a readable file is a supported restore backup.
Accounts and caregiver access
The service is intended for parents and authorized adult caregivers. Keep registration details accurate and use only an account and household you have permission to access.
Protect your credentials. Each caregiver should use their own authorized account. The household administrator manages access and roles, and should review them when the family's arrangements change.
Household records may include information contributed by multiple people. Removing a caregiver's access and deleting shared history are different actions. Contact support about an account or privacy request; verification of the requester may be required.
Age and eligibility
By creating an account or using Blueberry, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. You may not create or use an account if you are under 13. Blueberry is intended for parents and authorized adult caregivers. Where local law sets a higher age for a person to consent independently to personal-data processing for an online service, that rule applies; in the EEA, this age is set by each Member State and ranges from 13 to 16. If you are below the applicable age, you may use Blueberry only where local law permits and a parent or legal guardian has provided any consent required by law. This age requirement concerns the person using the account; it does not prevent an authorized adult from entering information about a baby or child in their care.
Use tracking and forecasts thoughtfully
Blueberry organizes recorded activity into timelines, statistics, summaries and estimates. It cannot know everything about your baby, and a forecast can be wrong even when the underlying entries are accurate.
Treat an estimated feeding time, bottle amount or diaper activity as a planning aid, not a direction to feed, withhold care or make a medical decision. Review the Disclaimer before relying on these features.
Discuss health concerns with a qualified healthcare professional. For an urgent situation, use local emergency services rather than waiting for the app or support email.
Free promotion and Blueberry PRO subscriptions
Eligible accounts may receive the advertised early-bird promotion of 3 months free, with no payment method needed. Check the offer presented or confirmed for your signup. Contact [email protected] if your account's offer differs from the promotion you followed.
The promotion may change for future signups. An offer confirmed for an existing account remains governed by the terms given for that account. The three-month promotion is separate from Apple's paid subscription plans: it is not an Apple introductory offer, does not require a payment method, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription when it ends. If you separately choose Blueberry PRO while promotional access is active, Apple billing begins when Apple confirms that purchase; the promotion itself does not authorize a charge.
Blueberry PRO subscriptions
When offered in your storefront, Blueberry PRO is purchased through Apple's App Store as an auto-renewing subscription. The configured options are a one-month subscription and a six-month subscription; availability can vary. Before you confirm a purchase, Apple displays the selected term, the price in your storefront's currency, and any applicable taxes. Prices can differ by country or region and may change subject to Apple's processes and applicable law.
Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account when a purchase is confirmed. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current term, the subscription renews automatically for another term of the same length at the then-current renewal price. Apple may process a renewal charge within the 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings or with the subscription-management control in the app. See Apple's instructions for cancelling a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to the paid subscription continues through the current paid term. Deleting the app or closing a Blueberry account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases must be made to Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and applicable law.
A purchase may be associated with the Apple Account used to buy it and the Blueberry account signed in at the time. To restore a purchase, use the app's Restore Purchases control while signed in to those accounts, or contact [email protected] for help.
As of these Terms' effective date, Blueberry PRO subscription status does not add or remove access to existing care tracking, records, viewing, summaries, forecasts, or exports. A Blueberry PRO purchase is not required to keep using those features.
Protect other families and the service
Use Blueberry lawfully and respect the authority and privacy of other people. Do not access an unrelated household, disclose someone else's information without permission, bypass permissions, misuse credentials, introduce harmful software or intentionally disrupt the service.
Do not collect other users' details or use automated requests in a way that compromises privacy, access controls or normal operation. These restrictions do not prevent authorized exports or rights that applicable law protects.
We may investigate credible misuse or security reports and take measures reasonably needed to protect accounts, records and the service.
Software, artwork and feedback
You receive permission to use the available service for lawful care tracking and household coordination, subject to these Terms. The software, name, interface, illustrations and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Do not reproduce or distribute protected service materials beyond what an applicable license or the law permits. Permission to use Blueberry does not transfer its intellectual property to you.
If you send a product suggestion, we may consider and use the idea to improve the service. Sending feedback does not give us a right to publish private care records or identify your family in marketing. Contact us if you believe material in Blueberry infringes your rights.
External links and services
When you follow an external link, use an email provider or choose an export destination, that provider's terms and practices apply to its service. Review them before sharing personal information or making a purchase.
An external link does not, by itself, mean that Parler Technology LLC recommends a medical treatment or accepts responsibility for another provider's actions. Responsibilities that applicable law places on us remain unchanged.
Updates, interruptions and account closure
Features can evolve, and maintenance or technical problems can interrupt access. Compatibility and functionality can differ between platforms. Keep your own appropriate records and avoid relying on the service as the only source of information important to a baby's care.
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security problem or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, affected users should be told how to raise a concern or request their information.
You may contact us to request account closure. A closure request, sign-out or access change is not confirmation that every record, backup or exported copy has been erased. The Privacy Policy explains these distinctions.
Limits of the service
Within the limits allowed by applicable law, Blueberry is offered with its current capabilities and availability. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free records, exact predictions, suitability for every circumstance or a particular health or sleep outcome.
These Terms do not remove warranties, service obligations or remedies that the law does not permit us to exclude. The Disclaimer explains practical limitations and is not a replacement for those legal protections.
Responsibility and resolving concerns
Any responsibility for loss or harm is subject to the law that applies to the circumstances. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited.
Contact support with the issue and the relevant account information so it can be reviewed. Do not include passwords or unnecessary care details. Attempts to resolve a concern through support do not take away rights to a competent court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.
Versions, other terms and notices
These Terms are effective October 27, 2026. Significant changes must be accompanied by the notice or consent required by applicable law. Do not assume that an update to a web page authorizes a new charge or an unrelated use of personal information.
If a provision is unenforceable, other provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it for every later occasion.
